5. Fees and Refund Policy

5.1 Legal Assistance Services

Fees for one-on-one and group sessions are due upon booking. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session to arrange an alternative time. Cancellations more than seven days before the scheduled date qualify for an 80% credit toward a future session. Requests for credit must be submitted via our contact form within 14 days of cancellation.

Sessions that have begun or been completed are not eligible for credit or refund.

5.2 Digital Guides

Digital items are delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. If a file is defective or does not meet the described specifications, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting us via our form.

5.3 Physical Goods

You may return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us to receive a return authorization. Returned items sent back to AgentLegalHelp, St. Alban-Graben 8, 4051 Basel, Switzerland, will be issued a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping fees, within 14 days of receipt.

Goods that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

6. Process to Request Refund or Credit

Submit your request through Contact AgentLegalHelp. Include your order details and reason. We will acknowledge within three business days.
